Our listed individuals share their identities, personal data, and descriptions of the services they wish to offer and their specialisation. Users may choose a listed individual which they think that suits their purpose and initiate communication with a listed individual using this website.

We may dispute such demands when we believe, in our discretion, that the requests are over-broad, vague or lack proper authority. However we do not promise to challenge every demand.

 

4. Your Choices & Obligations

 

4.1 Data Retention

 

We retain the personal data you provide while your account is in existence or as needed to provide you Services. In some cases we choose to retain certain information (e.g., visits to sites carrying our ‘LawReviews’ plugins without clicking on the plugin) in a de-personalized or aggregated form.

The contact information of the clients of the listed individuals shall be retained by us in order to send the client the link to post a review and rate the listed individual.

We may retain your data which is needed for the purposes of financial record keeping even after you have closed your account with us.

 

4.2 Account Closure

 

We retain your personal data even after you have closed your account if reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations (including law enforcement requests), meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our User Agreement, or fulfil your request to “unsubscribe” from further messages from us. We will retain de-personalized information after your account has been closed. Information you have shared with others will remain visible after you closed your account or deleted the information from your own profile, and we do not control data that other Users copied out of our Services.

 

5. Relationship between Users and Listed Individuals

 

All communication between users and listed individuals shall be considered to be private unless the law requires such communication to be revealed. All dealing between Users and listed individuals are completely devoid from the scope of lawreviewsusa.com. The user and the listed individual assume full risk of the communication, data and information exchanged between them. In no way that either the user or the listed individual shall hold lawreviewsusa.com liable in the said instances.

We implement security safeguards designed to protect your data. We regularly monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks. However, we cannot warrant the security of any information that you send us.
